City Windows is a licensed travel agency based in Sultanahmet, in the heart of Istanbul’s Historic Peninsula. We help travellers from all over the world see the city’s great museums and palaces without the guesswork — and we like nothing better than seeing them set off for the day with their tickets in hand.
Who we are
City Windows is the brand of KFT Turizm ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi, a travel agency licensed in Türkiye under TÜRSAB licence no. 13342. Our registered office is on Alemdar Street in Cankurtaran, in the middle of the Historic Peninsula — the same streets our guests walk every day.
We are a local team, and we work the way a good host does: we answer your questions before you book, we are there when you arrive, and we are still a message away when the day is over.
What we do
We sell admission tickets for Topkapı Palace, the Hagia Sophia Visitor Gallery, the Basilica Cistern and Dolmabahçe Palace, and combo tickets that bring those museums together over consecutive days. Alongside them you will find a guided tour of Topkapı Palace with the Harem, Bosphorus cruises — including a dinner cruise — the Whirling Dervishes ceremony and an illuminated canoe tour on the Golden Horn.
Prices are shown in euros and your card is charged in Turkish lira, through Yapı Kredi’s 3-D Secure page. The site, the checkout and your confirmation email are all in English, Turkish, German and Spanish.
How your day works
After you pay, your booking confirmation arrives by email. Your entrance tickets are handed to you in person at our meeting point — one for each museum in your booking. Its location and directions are in your confirmation email. Have your booking reference and identification ready; the confirmation email itself is not an entrance ticket.
It is a moment we enjoy: a quick hello, your tickets, a tip on where to start, and you are on your way. Every day we hand tickets to travellers from all over the world.

City Windows is an independent travel agency. We are not the museums, and we are not the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. We are an official sales partner of the operator that supplies the admission, and we are the seller of record for your order.
That means the ticket we hand you is a real admission ticket, scanned at the gate like any other — and that if anything about your booking needs attention, you talk to us.
